Postage costs

You are asked to select the delivery destination at the checkout. Selecting the wrong destination will result in a delay whilst the correct postage costs are applied.

Postage costs are calculated on weight. Orders to the UK over £25.00 are postage free.

All parcels to the UK are posted 1^st class post and airmail for the rest of the world.

If payment is received by 1pm, parcels are normally dispatched the same day. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery for the UK and 10-15 days for overseas.

We accept Nochex, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

Returns and refunds

If you wish to return your goods please contact us by email at info@thecraftcorner.co.uk.

All purchases come with a 14 day guarantee from receipt of goods. If you’re not happy with your purchase, return the goods in their original condition for a full refund. Return postage is non refundable unless item is faulty.

Return postage for faulty goods will be refunded at the cheapest postage rate. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain a proof of postage when returning goods.

Goods that are faulty or damaged will be refunded or replaced upon receipt (including postage costs).

Sale of Goods

The goods for sale on this site comply with the “Sale of Goods Act”. The descriptions are as accurate as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase please follow the returns policy listed above.
