Please respect the designer of the lace patterns.
Bobbin lace patterns are sold for personal use only.
If you would like to sell items made from the patterns then please email [email protected] for permission.

Postage Costs

UK ONLY - orders over £30.00 are postage free.
Postage costs are calculated on weight.
You are asked to select the delivery destination during checkout.
Selecting the wrong destination will result in a delay whilst the correct postage costs are applied.
Peel offs can be sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class post.
All other UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services.
International orders are sent via a tracked airmail service.
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery for the UK and 10-15 days for overseas.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return your goods, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If goods are faulty or damaged, they will be refunded or replaced once the item has been returned and inspected.
Reasonable return postage costs will also be refunded in this case.
Refunds are only issued once goods have been received back.
Items not returned are not eligible for a refund.

Sale of Goods

The goods for sale on this site comply with the “Sale of Goods Act”.
The descriptions are as accurate as possible.
